President of the Board
Don McKay is the President of the Board at ROEDC and a life long resident and business owner in rural Oxford.
Vice President of the Board
Geof Gray is the Vice President of the Board. Living in rural Oxford, Geof is the President of Salford Group, a leader in the manufacturing of farm machinery and equipment.
Oxford County is in Julie’s blood. Julie works on both public relations and advertising projects with 31st Line Strategic Communications.
Wayne is a member of the Board of Directors, joining the leadership team in December of 2014.
Currently serving the township of Zorra as Mayor, Margaret fully understands the issues and opportunities of rural Oxford.
Jim Pickard is retired from his position as District Director with Farm Credit Canada. He brings a wealth of business and agricultural experience to the ROEDC.
As a lifetime resident of Norwich Township, Larry not only represents the community as Mayor, but he also brings more than fifty years of experience in agriculture to the ROEDC.
With 43 years of business experience in the telecommunications industry, Keith understands the needs of business and community.
With extensive experience in both agriculture and industrial/commercial real estate, Dean brings a valuable perspective to the ROEDC.
Having owned and operated a successful greenhouse in rural Oxford, Lanette brings valuable knowledge in value added crops, entrepreneurship, and agribusiness.

With an innovative approach to economic development, Bernia works with the business community to mitigate barriers and implement programs that address local needs.
